This week's theme was slightly difficult for me to wrap my head around it.
My official submission for this week's IF theme is on the right, but I also included the entire spread from my sketchbook, a habit that I've been doing for the last few entries of my blog.

these are really wonderful! I love seeing both sides. The crosshatching in the right one is amazing because there's so much of it. It's very ambitious! And I can feel the weight on the shoulders of the man on the left. Great job!

ArtSparker, the Atlas image did come to mind when I drew the image on the left, but I wanted something that was a bit more graphic, so I thought a simple black triangle would do the trick.
