sketchbook 16/10/09

First chance I got to sketch in a few days. I felt like a born again sketcher.
The lady in the image got a bit nervous I think towards the end of my drawing her. I guess i would too if I had a semi bald asian man openly looking at me in spurts!

But it was nice to get this in before more reality comes barging in and takes me away from my sketchbook.

Hey Semi-Bald Asian man! I think this is a great pencil sketch! Love the concentration in their faces as they read. The man looks so settled in the chair. Great even without color. The values in the sketch are great too.

I'm going to call you S-Bam from now on. That can be your rapper name (if you ever decide to rap).

I really like your tonal composition and your sense of humor.

Wil, great crowd scene in the background and amazing duel portrait. Is he a sketcher or just the crossword puzzle (as if I were smart enough to finish a crossword puzzle)?

Dan Hilarious. Thanks for the nick name, however, I am so rhythmically challenged that rap or any other musical form would be impossible for me to execute!

Nikira, Carolina, Mark, thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Another great sketch. I can definitely relate to the limited time for sketching lately!
